The Acción Dibal Foundation was established with the aim of promoting social, educational and training initiatives designed to improve people’s opportunities and facilitate their integration into the labour market and society, both in Spain and in various countries across Latin America, Asia and Africa.
Established by Dibal, a leading provider of weighing solutions and technology for retail and industry, the Foundation will develop programmes focused on vocational training, access to employment, educational grants and support for vulnerable groups, whilst always promoting equal opportunities and social inclusion.
Its main areas of focus include:
- The development of training programmes tailored to the real needs of the labour market.
- Collaboration with companies, educational institutions and social organisations to facilitate work placements, mentoring and career opportunities.
- The promotion and dissemination of knowledge related to the field of weighing and metrology.
- Support for social, educational and health projects aimed at individuals and communities with specific needs.
- The promotion of partnerships with public and private organisations to maximise the impact of its initiatives.
